SHIPPING AND SALES TAX
We offer shipping via UPS Ground, UPS 2-day, and UPS Overnight Service.
Please be aware when requesting 2-day or Overnight delivery that orders may not ship until the day after the order is placed.We are required to charge sales tax on all orders shipped to addresses in Massachusetts, US only. No tax will be charged on orders shipped outside the state of Massachusetts, US.
SHIPPING COSTS
Shipping costs are based on weight, and, if oversize, the dimensional size of the item(s) purchased. Products are shipped from several different warehouses across the country, which helps keep shipping costs lower.
Please be aware that certain items have "oversize" proportions(sticks, goalie pads). The shipping amounts have been adjusted accordingly to reflect the higher shipping cost.
If you refuse delivery of your order please be aware the shipping amount will still be charged.SHIPMENTS TO CANADA
We do ship to Canada.
You must select UPS Standard To Canada as your shipping method. If you mistakenly choose a domestic shipping method we will adjust your order accordingly. Please be aware all customs handling fees, duties and/or taxes are the responsibility of the receiver. We cannot determine in advance what these charges will be. Please contact your local customs office to determine the customs costs. UPS Standard To Canada is the only method used for shipments to Canada.
DELIVERY
Virtually all our products leave the warehouse within 1-3 business day after you order. After the product leaves the warehouse, standard UPS shipping times apply, which, depending on your location and the volume being handled by UPS at the time, is from three to ten business days within the continental USA.
GIFT CERTIFICATES
Gift Certificates are good towards online purchases of anything in our store.
At time of purchase customer needs to provide exact name and email address of the person where the gift certificate will be sent.
The gift certificate is emailed within 2 days with a special gift certificate code which will be used at the time of purchase.
To use your gift certificates at our store add items you want to buy to your shopping cart. At checkout time, simply enter your gift certificate codes in the appropriate box. Make sure that you enter the complete code, starting with the "@" sign.
If you've received more than one gift certificate from our store, you can enter all the codes separated by commas. If the amount of the gift certificate covers the cost of your order, you don't need to enter your credit card information. However, if the gift certificate amount doesn't cover your entire order, you will be required to pay the remaining balance by credit card.
CLAIMS AND RETURNS
We want our customers to be satisfied with their purchase, so, if for any reason (size, color etc..) you are unhappy with your merchandise, or your product is defective, you may return it within 10 days of receipt for a full refund, less shipping costs. The goods must be returned in original condition. Returns are inspected upon receipt. Items must not have been worn, washed, altered and have all original tags attached. Items with snags, rips, stains, odors or other damages will result in the item being returned to you.
No returns will be accepted without authorization. Simply email us at
Service@StreetHockeyKing.com and we will provide you with a Return Authorization Number(RMA#).
All claims must be made within 10 days of receipt of order and the merchandise must be received within 20 days of receipt of order. The RMA# must be clearly marked on the outer packaging of the returned item. To process your credits promptly, all returns must be boxed and include all parts, manuals, and original packaging.
Shipping costs for returning merchandise are the customer's responsibility. Shipping costs for an exchanged item will be charged to the customer, so, when ordering, please be sure to pick the correct size, model, color etc...
If your product is damaged in shipping, the issue can quickly be resolved by notifying

We take privacy and security measures very seriously. To protect you from the risk of credit card fraud and abuse, we verify all billing addresses with the issuing bank. We will not process an order for which we cannot verify the billing address for the card being used. Please make sure correct information is provided. Your credit card information is transferred to us using Yahoo's secure servers, and is automatically deleted from our system after our business is concluded.
