We offer shipping via UPS Ground. Most orders are delivered within 3-5 business days via UPS Ground. Please email us if you would like your order shipped 2-day or 1-day keeping in mind that oversize items such as hockey sticks cost over $100 to ship for overnight delivery. Some items ship directly from the manufacturer and may take up to 2 weeks for delivery. These items only ship Ground. Please be aware when requesting 2-day or Overnight delivery that orders may not ship until the day after the order is placed.
Shipping rates are calculated by UPS Real Time Rates based on weight, and, if oversize (sticks, goalie pads), the dimensional size of the item(s) purchased. Products are shipped from several different locations across the country, which helps keep shipping costs lower. If the total weight of your order exceeds 150 pounds you will receive an error message during checkout and will need to email customer service for a shipping quote.
REFUSAL OF DELIVERY
If parcels are refused, original and return shipping charges will be charged to your original form of payment.
We are required to charge sales tax on all orders shipped to addresses in Massachusetts, US only. No tax will be charged on orders shipped outside the state of Massachusetts, US.
We do not accept international orders at this time.
SHIPMENTS TO CANADA
We do ship to Canada. You must select UPS Standard To Canada as your shipping method
. If you mistakenly choose a domestic shipping method we will adjust your order accordingly. Please be aware all customs handling fees, duties and/or taxes are the responsibility of the receiver. We cannot determine in advance what these charges will be. Please contact your local customs office to determine the customs costs. UPS Standard To Canada is the only method used for shipments to Canada.
Gift Certificates are good towards online purchases of anything in our store.
At time of purchase customer needs to provide exact name and email address of the person where the gift certificate will be sent.
The gift certificate is emailed within 2 days with a special gift certificate code which will be used at the time of purchase.
To use your gift certificates at our store add items you want to buy to your shopping cart. At checkout time, simply enter your gift certificate codes in the appropriate box. Make sure that you enter the complete code, starting with the "@" sign.
If you've received more than one gift certificate from our store, you can enter all the codes separated by commas. If the amount of the gift certificate covers the cost of your order, you don't need to enter your credit card information. However, if the gift certificate amount doesn't cover your entire order, you will be required to pay the remaining balance by credit card.
All returns and exchanges must be received within 30 days of the date of purchase, and the product must be returned in its original packaging, in "as new" and resalable condition. We regret that we cannot accept returns or exchanges on used products, special orders or customized merchandise. Jocks and undergarments are not returnable or exchangeable for any reason.
There is NO restocking fee whether you return for credit or return for exchange. We want you to be completely satisfied. We will process your refund within 7 days of receipt. Please allow up to 2 billing cycles for the credit to appear on your credit card statement. When returning an item we recommend you use either Fedex Ground or UPS Ground so that you get a tracking number with your shipment.
Unfortunately we are unable to refund shipping costs on your return unless the error was ours. However if you are returning an item because of an error we made we will send a pre-paid shipping label for return.
Shipping costs for returning merchandise are the customer's responsibility unless there was an error on our part.Exchanges:
We understand that sometimes products need to be exchanged for a different size. You will not be charged a restocking fee when making an exchange, but will be charged the cost of shipping for the replacement product being sent back to you. We recommend that you reorder your new size or product now, and then return your incorrect size to us for a credit. The benefit of this method is that your new order will ship immediately and a refund issued when return is received.
No returns will be accepted without authorization. Simply email us at Service@StreetHockeyKing.com
and we will provide you with a Return Authorization Number(RMA#).
We accept Visa, Mastercard, American Express, and Discover credit cards. We also accept PayPal. If paying by check or money order please make payable to Street Hockey King.
